Finding the right real estate agent can be a challenge. There are so many companies that claim to set you up with "pre-screened" Realtors(R). The reality is that the only screening that is done is that the agent must have a credit card that can cover the monthly fee and a valid license. Pretty sad that these companies get away with this. It will provide free information to the public about agents and the areas they serve.
